Day 8

Well the hunger pains are gone and I can't belive that I only have to drink the shake 2 more times. This cleanse has gone really fast. I am sending some pictures of me on the 1st day and the 5th day so you can see the difference all ready. People have noticed that I am losing weight. It is great for self esteem. I had a great luch and was surprised at how little I actually ate and became full. This is so cool!

Day 7

I am looking forward to the cleanse days to see how much I lose again. My weight is slowing down to about a pound a day. This is definetly worthit for the low cost of money, and the way that I have felt. My wife is so impressed that she is buying some and going to do it also. Today was my hardest day because I am around home alot and not really busy. I got a little more annoyed with the shakes today then normal. Also I felt a little hunger pains.

Day 6:

Well I stepped on the scale this morning and I have lost 10 1/2 pounds. I had to do a service project where we were cutting down trees and hauling them to a shed. I didn't lack any energy. I kept up with erveryone else. I am getting tired of the taste of the shake and think that next time I will buy the vanilla shake to have some variety! I have not lost any desire to continue though. I am surprised that I am still with it. It is so easy to keep with it. I don't really have to worry about it. Since I am satisfied with my hunger its not a problem, I haven't wanted to cheat and eat. And since I am losing weight I stay motivated!

Stay Tuned for More Miracles!!

Day 5:

So I weighed my self and I now weigh 192 pounds and I have lost a total of 17.25 inches!! This is so worth it. I have 7 pounds left to lose so this is really awesome. My stomache area has lost 2 inches! I can't wait to see how much I really end up losing at the end. Stay tuned for more miracles!!

Day 4:

I am feeling great. I have been on the liquid cleanse for my second day and I am not hungry at all. I was a little tired later in the day but that could be because I didn't goto sleep until 1:30 AM. I am excited to check my inches in the morning and my weight to see how I have been doing.

Day 3

I am on the cleanse today my first time ever. I am actually surprised about how I feel. I had to wake up at 5:30 AM to goto work and so I didn't get a chance to step on the scale but I will tomorrow. When I wake up this early in the morning I normally am wanting to take a nap around 3:00 PM but interestingly enough today I haven't needed or wanted a nap. It is now 10:30 PM and I am wide awake. I am amazed with my energy considering that I have not ate any food at all today. I have noticed that I miss eating food. I am not hungry but I miss eating though. Its kinda wierd. I am looking forward to the beginning of day 5 to do a measurement check and see if this is doing anything for my wieght. If nothing else I do feel better which is really odd for me to say considering what I have been eating and drinking. Isagenix has really made me feel the way they have said so far!

Day 2

I am having a much better day. I had a headache yesterday but it is gone today. I have felt great and lost a two and a half pounds. I am not hungry at all. The shakes and the ceaser salad from Wingers have done me well. I am thinking that I can really do this.

Day 1

Hello,

My name is Lee Edwards and I thought that I would put the Isagenix 9 day program to the test. I started the pre cleanse today (Monday Sept 3, 2007). I have had a good day so far. I do miss eating food but so far it is manageable. I worked in my yard for 4 hours and then came in my home and cleaned for about an hour. Then I went to a moster truck demolition night with my son. So I have not noticed a decline in energy. I have not been hungry yet. I will keep this updating hopefully every night so you can see my progress. I currently weigh 200.5 pounds and am 27% body fat. So here we go on the 9 day ride. Hope you all enjoy!

Thanks,

Lee Edwards

57 Chevy's

I'm trying to get myself in the right frame of mind for cleansing. I have been very unhealthy since I started a new office job where we always go out to lunch and there's always chocolate available. I'm putting on pounds, have low energy, self control and basically feel crappy.

The picture below reminds me of what seems like better years gone by. It is my dad hooking up the sled after a snow storm to his 57 chevy to pull us kids down the backroads (without helmets). I think the world was a better place back then. Cleaner, less toxins, and classic creativity seemed to be the norm. People were healthier, worked harder, and were more honest. What a fouled up toxic world we now live in. We have fouled our own nest and it seems to be getting worse instead of better.

Maybe this clease will help me get the cobwebs out and let some more sunshine in my world. Will keep you posted.

Melt My Fat

Well I'm gearing up to do a 100% perfect 9 day cleanse. I thought it would be interesting to post a pic of my fat self and then do a day by day commentary of what I experience. The only thing is I need to go buy a digital camera as my darn nefew just dropped my $500 pentax and broke it!

Cute lil feller.

I persoanlly know a lady who did the 9 day cleanse program and after the 3rd day she was using the toilet. Before flushing she was horrified and alarmed to see the toilet bowl full of wriggling, tiny, wormlke parasites. If I can get those kinds of things out of my body it will be an exillerating experience to say the least.

The Ingredients

Ingredients in the cleanse juice are as follows: aloe vera leaf (inner heart filet) based, Pau d'Arco inner-bark, summa root, burdock root, fennel seed, licorice root with choline bitartrate, inositol and a few other things. I bet the witch doctors would find this interesting.

Cleansing for Health

Many cultures practice cleansing for true health. In the United States this is a virtually unheard of practice. Its no wonder 60% of the U.S. population is obese and running rampant with heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. In fact, the problem is so severe that heart disease is now showing up in school childred as young as the 5th grade.

One solution to these horrific problems is the practice of cleansing. American indians used to practice the yearly ritual of cleansing with the wise used of herbs such as green walnut husks ground into power, pardiarco bark and wormwood root.

A modern formulator, John Anderson, has come up with a proven solution. John is in the who's who of formulators with over 2300 products to his credit while consulting for various companies. He has saved his best work for now ( http://www.skinnytown.isagenix.com ) in a unique company that offers a safe, herbal based, 9 day or 30 day cleansing system. This technology is so effective that many people see results in the first 48 hours. The average person looses 13 lbs and that is while being able to enjoy nutritions, vitamin and mineral loaded shakes on days 3 through 7. You also get to eat 1 reasonable 600 calorie meal, along with the 2 meal replacer shakes, so it isn't like you starve yourself. Many people feel a feeling of euphoria, energy and mental clarity on the 3rd day of the cleanse.

The U.S. popultion desperately needs to begin the practice of cleansing for better health. After all what would happen to your car if you drove it for 3 or 4 years without ever changing the oil?
